Abilities have changed dramatically recently

If the following applies, we recommend an FTP test.

  • If your performance has significantly improved in a short period due to effective training.

  • If your performance has declined over a prolonged off-season period (more than 12 weeks) due to factors like seasons or injury.

In the following cases, please use the FTP adjustment or training volume adjustment feature to adjust to the appropriate training intensity or volume.

  • If your performance has declined over a short-term off-season period (within 12 weeks) due to injury or personal reasons.

  • If there has been a recent rapid change in body weight.
