# Forgot Your ID or Password?

If you remember the email address you used during sign-up, please proceed with resetting your password.\
If you're unable to recall your email address, please reach out to us via email with the following information:

* Riduck Nickname
* Strava Nickname
* Strava Account & Profile Page URL
* 1–3 URLs of Strava riding activities that include the Riduck description
* Any other details you can remember about your Riduck account
