# Unable to Sign Up?

If you're having trouble with the registration process, please check if any of the following apply:

* **Excessively Short Username/Password:**\
  Registering with a username or password that has fewer characters than required may cause issues. Please ensure your username and password meet the minimum character length.
* **Agreement to Terms:**\
  To provide smooth service, we require agreement to the terms and instructions, even during the beta service period. Please review the terms and agree to proceed with using Riduck.
