Riduck calculates personalized FTP through its proprietary algorithms, so it does not support manual FTP input.

If your perceived FTP is lower than your actual ability, we recommend conducting an FTP test. Conversely, if your perceived FTP is higher due to factors like injury or extended rest, you can adjust your training volume or use the FTP adjustment feature.
