Entering FTP Manually

Riduck calculates a personalized FTP using proprietary algorithms, so manual FTP input is not supported.

If your perceived FTP seems lower than your actual ability, we recommend performing an FTP test to get an accurate measure. On the other hand, if your perceived FTP is higher due to factors like injury or extended rest, you can adjust your training volume or use the FTP adjustment feature for better alignment.
