# Power Profile

The Power Profile Chart shows your average power output over various durations, ranging from 1 second to 1 hour, based on activity data from the past 12 weeks. This chart helps you identify your peak average power for each duration and estimate your expected power using actual measurements and Riduck's analysis.

Hovering over or clicking on a category's color below the graph allows you to view its graph separately. The activity list below displays activities corresponding to the measured peak power and highlights the peak power values Riduck currently uses for FTP calculations.
