Exercise Intensity Analysis for Riding Activities

When you select a specific riding activity from the list, you can access exercise intensity information for that activity, including:

  • Training Type: Displays the corresponding training type and associated animal.

  • Focus Area: Shows the power zone that is most relevant to the activity.

  • Additional information about the training type and the associated animal is also displayed.

To return to the weekly exercise intensity analysis chart, click the "X" in the top left corner to deselect the specific activity.
