Performing specific training allows you to easily see which power zones your activities are focused on.

When you select a specific riding activity from the list below, you can access exercise intensity information for that activity, including:
Training Type: Displays the corresponding training type and associated animal.
Focus Area: Indicates the power zone that is meaningful for that activity.
Additional information about the training type and the associated animal is also displayed.
To return to the weekly exercise intensity analysis chart, click the X button in the top left corner to deselect the specific activity.
