# Connect with Strava

Riduck syncs your riding data from Strava to deliver its services. To ensure smooth usage, follow the steps below for Strava integration:

## **Strava Integration**

If your Strava account is not already connected, you will see "<mark style="color:orange;">Connect with Strava</mark>" on your dashboard.

Click it and review the precautions that appear. Afterward, press "Connect".

The Strava login screen will be displayed. Log in with your Strava account, make sure all checkboxes are selected, and click "Authorize".

Riduck securely syncs your data through Strava's official API, and it does not store your Strava ID/password.

Once the synchronization is completed successfully, return to Riduck to start the sync and analysis process.

The processing time may vary based on the amount of riding data, so please be patient.

If you have few riding records, it may take about 5 minutes, while for those with extensive riding data, it may take around 1 to 2 hours.
