No Post-Ride Analysis Displayed
If the analysis does not appear immediately after signing up:
Please ensure that your Riduck and Strava accounts are properly linked and that data has been successfully transferred to Riduck by checking the "Import Data" section in Riduck.
After linking, verify that Riduck's permissions have not been changed or revoked in the Strava app settings.
If the analysis does not appear temporarily:
Please wait for about 10 minutes. During busy periods, the registration of ride activities may take some time to process.
If the cycling activity is not synchronized with Riduck, try modifying the title of the activity on Strava. Once synchronization is complete, the analysis will automatically upload.
If the cycling activity is synchronized with Riduck but the description is overwritten with different text, check the description, manually copy the relevant content, and update it on Strava.
If you modify the title or add a photo or memo immediately after the data is registered on Strava, the Riduck analysis (description) will be overwritten. Please modify the Strava activity or add a photo after the Riduck analysis text has been registered.
