The Power Profile Chart displays the average power measured from 1 second to 1 hour for various durations, based on the activity data from the last 12 weeks. You can use this chart to see the highest average power measured at each duration and estimate your expected power based on your actual measurements and analysis by Riduck.

Hovering over or clicking on the legend below the graph allows you to view each category's specific graph separately. In the list below, you can see which activities and information correspond to the measured peak power and which peak power values are currently being used by Riduck for FTP calculations.
