## Exercise Intensity Analysis for Riding Activities

When you select a specific riding activity from the list, you can access exercise intensity information for that activity, including:

* Training Type: Displays the corresponding training type and associated animal.
* Focus Area: Shows the power zone that is most relevant to the activity.
* Additional information about the training type and the associated animal is also displayed.
