Activity Data Analysis

When you select a specific ride from the "All Activities" view, you can access detailed information about that particular ride.

Training Summary

You can check speed, power, cadence, heart rate, distance, and elevation data for the entire ride or specific segments all at once.

If you need to inspect data on a second-by-second basis, hover over or touch (on mobile) the desired item/time.

Moving the slider at the bottom of the distance/elevation graph allows you to explore detailed data for specific sections.

Power Curve

You can compare the peak power for the current ride with the peak power generated over the past 12 weeks of riding.

To see the segment corresponding to this peak power, hover over or touch a specific peak power range.

Power Zones

You can check the distribution of specific power zones during the ride.

Heart Rate Zones

You can check the distribution of specific heart rate zones during the ride.

Intervals

You can view the results of intervals detected and analyzed automatically by Laicadash. Click on the circular interval icon within the graph to identify the type of interval from the list below. For power and altitude graphs, you can drag to zoom in on specific areas.
