Does not appear immediately after signing up:

• Please verify that your Riduck and Strava accounts are successfully linked and that the data transfer to Riduck has been completed by checking the "Import Data" section in Riduck.

• After linking, ensure that you have not changed or revoked Riduck's permissions in the Strava app settings.

If it does not appear temporarily:

• 먼저 약 10분가량 기다려 주세요. 순간적으로 라이딩 활동 등록이 몰리는 경우, 처리에 다소 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

• 해당 라이딩 활동이 라이덕에 동기화 되지 않은 경우, 스트라바에서 해당 활동의 제목을 수정해주세요. 정상적으로 동기화가 되면 자동으로 분석이 업로드 됩니다.

• 해당 라이딩 활동이 라이덕에 동기화 되어 있다면 다른 텍스트로 덮어쓰기 된 경우입니다. 이 경우, 디스크립션을 확인한 뒤 해당 내용을 직접 복사 후 스트라바에서 수정 해 주세요.

• Please wait for about 10 minutes first. If there is a momentary influx of activity registrations, it may take some time to process.

• If the cycling activity is not synchronized with Riduck, please modify the title of the activity on Strava. Once the synchronization is normal, the analysis will be uploaded automatically.

• If the cycling activity is synchronized with Riduck and overwritten with different text, please check the description and manually copy the relevant content to edit it on Strava.

If you modify the title or add a photo or memo immediately after the data is registered on Strava, the Riduck analysis (description) will be overwritten. Please modify the Strava activity or add a photo after the Riduck analysis text has been registered.
