Ability & Tendency

Capability

It compares my abilities required for a specific category (class) with the entire group.

Tendency

It compares my abilities required for a specific category (class) with individuals who have a similar level of performance (FTP, VO2MAX).

Characteristics

Based on the capabilities and tendencies graphs displayed on the RGT dashboard, the upper part emphasizes w/kg as a core characteristic, while the lower part emphasizes absolute power (W) as an important characteristic.

Additionally, to the left of the graph center, it represents an inclination towards aggressiveness and intervals, while to the right, it indicates strengths in longer distances, time management, pacing, and endurance.

Road Sprinter (RSPT)

Road sprinters excel in short-distance sprint races. They typically possess explosive power and high-speed capabilities for achieving top speeds on straight roads. Road sprinters are often characterized by a larger physique with substantial muscle mass, making them excellent in sprint finishes, and they are often seen targeting the Green Jersey in events like the Tour de France.

Track Sprinter (TSPT)

Track sprinters are primarily specialized in indoor track races. They exhibit high-speed and explosive power over short distances, making them competitive in track competitions, especially in comparison to road races on straight roads.

All-Rounder (ALLR)

All-rounders have a wide range of abilities suitable for various race conditions. They can perform well in mountain stages while maintaining competitiveness in flat or time trial races, showcasing their adaptability to various race situations.

Puncher (PCH)

Punchers typically excel in medium-distance races. They demonstrate strong climbing abilities on short ascents or hilly terrains, allowing them to outperform others through aggressive moves in the middle of a race.

Climber (CLMB)

Climbers specialize in mountain stages. They excel in racing on steep mountainous terrain, with a lightweight build and excellent endurance. Climbers can ride better than others on climbs, often gaining an advantage.

Time Trialist (TTST)

Time trialists excel in individual or team time trial races. They can maintain high average speeds, especially on flat or gently sloping roads. Their focus is on reducing time gaps and performing well in time trial races.
